When receiving the ball with your stick, try to soften the impact by slightly moving the stick backward at the moment of contact. This will help you control the ball better and prevent it from bouncing away, especially when receiving a fast pass from a teammate. Practice this skill at high speed to improve your reaction time in real game situations. ๐๐ฅ
Additionally, focus on keeping your hands relaxed and your eyes on the ball to anticipate its movement. The more you practice controlled receptions, the more confident and precise your gameplay will become. Mastering this technique will give you an edge over your opponents, allowing for smoother transitions and quicker plays!

Todayโs match was an important test for our team, and Iโm proud of how we executed our strategy. We started aggressively, controlling the ball and using set pieces, which allowed us to score two quick goals.
In the first half, Liam Carter scored from a penalty corner, and Ethan Wallace finished a great pass from Jake Foster. In the second half, the Falcons increased their pressure and scored one goal, which forced us to improve our defense. We strengthened our backline, reduced mistakes, and kept the opponent under control. In the final minutes of the game, Max Donovan scored our third goal, completing a swift counterattack. The team showed excellent discipline and composure. We are pleased with the result and will prepare for the next match, continuing to improve our game.
